The room was clean and well-maintained with a large balcony offering a great view. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to all the attractions. The indoor swimming pool was clean and refreshing.
The outdated furniture and carpets in the room could use some updating. The lack of parking spots was inconvenient.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were amazing, spoke perfect English. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Heiligenblut. My room had a wonderful view of the valley and Mt Grossglockner. The food was delicious. I stayed in 7 hotels during my trip and by far this was my favourite. I wish I could have stayed for more than 1 night. Perfect.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the village and literally in front of the cable car. Our room was beautifully decorated and had a balcony with breathtaking views of the valley and the Grossglockner. the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. the service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, and breads to choose from. the hotel also had great amenities such as an indoor pool and a sauna.
The restaurant experience was a bit disappointing due to the noisiness caused by a large party of schoolchildren.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the village and just steps away from the ski lift. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a winter getaway.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the village.

The hotel is located in a very useful spot that is close to the cable car and convenient for a skiing trip. the breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, and delicious. the staff was welcoming and helpful.
The hotel needs a little refurbishment, especially the shower water pressure, which was weak on the upper floors, and the parking arrangements. the hotel has some peculiar policies, for instance, the strict dinner service hours and early sauna and pool closure time.
